Accessibility Statement

In Accordance with Israeli Laws

Introduction

While the website www.akaadvisory.com is exempt from accessibility requirements under Israeli law (the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Services) Regulations, 2013), we are making significant efforts to make our website accessible to people with disabilities in order to promote equal rights and transparency for people with disabilities.

What is an Accessible Website?

An accessible website is one that allows people with disabilities to browse with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as other users, using the capabilities of the system on which it operates and through assistive technologies for accessibility.

Accessibility Adjustments on the Website

Accessibility adjustments on the website were made in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Services) Regulations, 2013, the Israeli Standard "IS 5568 Guidelines for Accessibility of Content on the Internet" based on the WCAG-Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Guidelines at AA level and subject to the changes and adaptations made in the Israeli Standard document.

Compatibility

The website is supported by popular browsers in their latest versions.

Keyboard Navigation

The website provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies and supports the accepted usage pattern for keyboard operation using arrow keys, Enter, and Esc to exit menus and windows.

Enlarging the Website Display

Users who have difficulty seeing and want to enlarge the website display can do so by pressing the "Ctrl" and "+" (Control and plus) keys simultaneously. Each press of this key combination will enlarge the display; to reduce the display, press the "Ctrl" and "-" (Control and minus) keys simultaneously.

Keyboard Operation of the Website

Users who have difficulty using a mouse can browse the website using a keyboard. Repeatedly pressing the "Tab" key will cycle through the links on the page. Pressing the "Shift" + "Tab" keys simultaneously will return the cursor to the previous link. Pressing the "Enter" key will activate the highlighted link.

Support for Assistive Technologies

Our website is an accessible website adapted for use by people with disabilities, including people with visual impairments or blindness, and supports screen reader software. For the best browsing experience with screen reader software, we recommend using the latest NVDA software.
